Here is a portrait of my beloved Prudence. This image will eventually be used in another larger oil painting intended for the galleries. I think I will keep this one for myself.
I have started another oil in this series in which I have honed in on the black lines and they are now crisp and fine in detail. In this portrait the lines may seem a bit sloppy in places but I think its okay for this piece. After all this is an experimental painting. I have ordered some big linens so I look forward to starting those as soon as they are stretched.
