Typically speaking when I am around 4th and Bowery we have been visiting some friends that work the local pubs in the area. Therefore, my "artistic license" properly lubricated, I usually manage to get lots of pictures of my feet. Not in this case though! This one is a lovely little water tower with all the things that make them so pretty.
