I have been painting up until now mostly close up shots of the city in which I live so I thought, why not do a couple of close ups from the city's I paint? This is a little painting of an extreme close up from one of my "Sailboat City" series of paintings. In this way it is a microscopic view of a fictitious narrative of the real city in which I live.
