When you look at this sight in real life its pretty clear that the modern communication tower array was placed atop an older building. It is a rather surreal sight in that you have a "modern version of a castle" with an even more modern communication array plopped on top. And even in the details of the comm devices there is older meets newer.
Lower Manhattan.
Keep your eyes out for a new addition to the "water towers" series coming soon. As in, tomorrow.
